DONATION REQUESTS

The Tristan Kong Group believes in an inclusive and personal approach to the real estate needs of every client. We share a commitment to donating proceeds of every sale and transaction to the Deaf community through chosen not for profit organizations within our local communities in Ontario.


Preferred Sectors


  • Deaf or Hard of Hearing run organizations
  • Provide supports or services to the Deaf community 
  • Deaf individuals


Eligibility Requirements


All donation requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Based in Ontario
  • Not for profit organization​​​​​​​
  • Can provide a mission statement for the organization, or a written description that thoroughly outlines the event or fundraiser
  • Provides services or supports to the Deaf community 
  • Submitted minimum four weeks before the expected response or desired receiving of the donation (requests made within four weeks of expected response are unable to be fulfilled)
  • Applications for 2026 donations must be submitted by January 31st 2026 in order to be considered


Donation Request Form

Should you wish to provide an ASL version of your donation request application, please email the video, or a link for accessing the video, to tristan@thetristankonggroup.com. 


All requests will receive a confirmation of submission by email within 7 business days. The status of your donation request will be shared with you within 4-12 weeks of your request’s submission. During that time, please do not contact The Tristan Kong Group regarding the status of your request. While we appreciate every request, we are only able to consider reasonable donation amounts. Requests for unreasonably large contributions may not be able to be fulfilled. All donation decisions are final. Please understand that due to the overwhelming number of donation requests we have previously received, we may be unable to fulfill all donation requests.
